🥩 Garlic Butter Steak and Potato Foil Packets

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak, cut into cubes

  • 1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, halved or quartered

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh chopped parsley for garnish)

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a little heat
