BBQ Platter Recipes

1. Smoked BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks pork ribs

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Remove the membrane from the ribs.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients and rub them generously on the ribs.

  3. Smoke or bake at 275°F (135°C) for 3 hours (cover with foil).

  4. Brush with BBQ sauce and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes until caramelized.

2. BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Toss wings with oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Bake or grill at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.

  3. Brush with BBQ sauce and cook 5 more minutes until sticky.

3. Burnt Ends (Beef or Pork Cubes)

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef brisket or pork belly, cubed

  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. Season cubes with salt and pepper.

  2. Smoke or roast at 250°F (120°C) for 3 hours.

  3. Toss in BBQ sauce and sugar; cook another 30 minutes until glazed.

4. Cornbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal

  • 1 cup flour

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients, then add milk, egg, and butter.

  2. Pour into a greased pan.

  3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.
